Apply on given projects, so that candidates have a chance during their apprenticeship to turn theory into practice on-the-job
Review, by having each candidate to regularly show (and teach back) what’s been accomplished since the last meeting, so that the trainer can eventually remove road-blocks and correct the course of action in case of misunderstandings
